Birdwatching and contemplation of wildlife, the lecture aims to awaken curiosity as well as encourage the practice of Birdwatching. It is a fascinating activity that connects us with the natural world, carried out through walks, whether on trails or in the surrounding area, awakening various senses such as sight and hearing, in addition to nurturing the sense of preservation, combining patience, curiosity and stimulating the feeling of belonging to this rich and highly threatened Atlantic Forest Biome.
In addition to beauty and enchantment, Birdwatching also offers benefits for physical, mental and emotional health. Being in contact with nature, listening to the birds sing and admiring their flying abilities can provide a feeling of calm and serenity. It is an opportunity to disconnect from the fast pace of everyday life and connect with nature in a meaningful way, contemplating wildlife as a whole.
