DESCRIPTION:Seitai means body alignment in Japanese. It is a manual therapy\, created by ancient samurai warriors between the 15th and 16th centuries\, with the purpose of supporting integral-holistic health. The improvement of the Seitai technique\, which brought about what is now known as New Seitai (or Hammers Seitai)\, uses therapeutic hammers – which are anatomically prepared to assist in the adjustment of joints\, muscles and tendons. It also impacts the treatment of conditions rooted in changes in the spine\, without medication or surgical intervention. The technique promotes deep relaxation\, pain relief\, realignment of the spine with benefits for posture and disposition\, and helps to reduce pain and joint stiffness from repetitive and rhythmic movements\, reducing nerve compression and increasing blood and lymphatic circulation\, eliminating the roots of your imbalances. \nBio \nWith more than 30 years of experience and training in various techniques and massages\, Alessandra Fleming made her foray into SEITAI out of a need: the imitation of movements and swelling in the joints.
