The universe pulses\, every cell in our body pulses\, every atom pulses… Life itself is an eternal pulse.” \nThis event will be a sensory and expansive journey that awakens the awareness of our own pulse through the medicine of cocoa\, movement and sound. \nAbout the Experience:\nWe begin with the consecration of cocoa\, an invitation to open the heart\, bring clarity and soften emotions\, preparing body and spirit for the Yoga Dance journey. The dance invites us to let go\, feel and allow the body to express its truth with lightness and authenticity. \nThrough music\, free expression and conscious breathing\, we awaken our primordial rhythm\, in connection with the 5 elements of nature\, exploring their movements and emotions: \nEarth – Rooting\, security and presence\nWater – Fluidity\, emotions and surrender\nFire – Energy\, strength and transformation\nAir – Lightness\, expression and freedom\nEther – Integration\, silence and transcendence\nSound Healing – Relaxation and Integration \nWe end with a therapeutic sound bath\, a moment of deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice.
