DESCRIPTION:An Experience in Sacred Circular Dance\, which will be accompanied by the beats of the drum\, attuning our frequency to this instrument of power.\nWe will nourish our subtle body with the vibration of our voice and deep melodies.\nThrough music\, steps\, gestures and rhythms we will access a place of contemplation and belonging to the sacred that lives within us and in others.\nCircular Dances are a celebration of group life. They revive an ancestral custom in which people from different cultures danced in rituals and ceremonies.\nWith the practice of circular dance\, it is possible to enjoy the feeling of being in harmony and integrated with universal energy. An active and collective meditation.\nSacred Circular Dance invites us to a movement of balance of our physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual bodies. In addition to benefiting motor coordination\, spatial reference\, memory\, balance\, concentration\, self-knowledge and empathy. \nAbout the facilitators:\nCristina Reaoch is a Physical Education teacher\, Pedagogist and Circle Dance Facilitator. She has professional training in Sacred Circle Dance and dedicates her studies and experiences to spreading the world of Circle Dance. \nThatiê Adragna is a pedagogue\, yogini\, reiki practitioner and Nada Yoga instructor. With a deep connection to nature\, Thatiê expresses herself through music and mantras\, which reflect the authenticity of her journey and purpose.
