Self-care through Contemporary Dance
With the aim of fostering an encounter with oneself, with others and with space, Guilherme Nunes encourages movement through breathing, listening, touching, feeling and contemporary dance, opening up space for sensitive exchange and individual/collective research. A work focused on the physical-mental-spiritual body, going beyond visible layers and achieving grounding and unification.

Guilherme Nunes graduated from the Arsenale della Danza/La Biennale di Venezia. Researcher and movement provocateur. Dancer. Choreographer. Creator and director of the Fluxo e Movimento project. He is currently a member of the Diadema Dance Company.
