Teacher
Dafnis has been a yogini for 25 years, an aerialist for 9 years, and is passionate about self-knowledge and everything that the body, this powerful and mysterious vehicle of Consciousness, can experience and provide. She is a Nutrition and Dietetics technician, has a Bachelor’s degree in Literature (German and Sanskrit), and studies Body Psychoanalysis, Tantric Education, and Taoism. Aerial Yoga is recommended for people over 16 years of age. It is not recommended for pregnant women in the first or third trimester or people who have recently undergone surgery or any injury.
