Shanti Retreat: Deep Inner Peace – Calm of Heart and Mind

Shanti is a Sanskrit word meaning external peace or absence of conflict. In Yoga and Indian spiritual traditions, shanti represents:

• Deep inner peace
• Calmness of heart and mind
• Harmony with the Whole
• A state of complete serenity, beyond the ups and downs of life.

Do you feel like you’re living on autopilot, racing against time, dealing with pressures and inner disconnection? The Shanti Retreat is your call to pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect with what truly matters: yourself. For three days at the Temple of Being, surrounded by the nature of Ilhabela, you will be guided through yoga practices, meditations, self-care circles, and a profoundly transformative systemic experience.

Aline Paula, a yoga practitioner for over 10 years, is an integrative therapist, certified in India in Integral Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, massage therapist, physical educator, and Reiki practitioner. Her mission is to welcome and guide people on journeys of reconnection with the body, breath, and soul through conscious touch, sensitive listening, and the practice of Yoga as a spiritual path.
