Chanchal, among other individual and collective self-knowledge activities, will bring a Bioenergetics tool called SOMAGRAMA: a way of expressing, through a drawing, the projection of your body’s anatomy and the emotional experience lived within it. It is an incredible map to identify the tensions in the muscles and the sensations experienced inside the body-house we inhabit. It is your “inner mirror” brought out with awareness. A beautiful therapeutic tool and a rich source of insights! The basis of the work is based on the fundamentals of Bioenergetic Analysis, which is an approach to body psychotherapy, which derives from Psychoanalysis and works with the body and mind as a functional unit. In other words: with the principle that everything that happens in the body, happens in the mind, and vice versa. Don’t miss it! Come and make your SOMAGRAMA! Facilitator:
Chanchal is a body psychotherapist in Bioenergetic Analysis – Certified Bioenergetic Therapist (CBT) by the International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis (IIBA) and IABSP (Brazilian Institute of Bioenergetic Analysis of São Paulo) – for over 10 years in clinical practice (individual care with an approach that derives from Psychoanalysis and brings the body together in the analytical process). For over 15 years she has been exploring various human development tools. She also has extensive experience as a Yoga and Meditation instructor, with national and international training. After motherhood, Chanchal turned her studies and field of activity to pregnant women, postpartum women and mothers, studying Postpartum Psychology at Instituto Aripe, among other specializations. 2 years ago she moved from São Paulo to Ilhabela, starting to offer face-to-face services here. And this is the first time she will offer her work at the Temple of Being!
