Oscar C. E. Quiroga-
Quiroga studied Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires between 1975 and 1978, the year he moved to Brazil to escape the military dictatorship.
He holds a Bachelor’s and a Licentiate’s degree in Clinical and Social Psychology from PUC-SP.
A self-taught astrologist, he is one of the few professionals in the world who has mastered the Science of the Seven Rays.
Distributor of Knowledge of the Esoteric Organization of the Himalayas, practitioner of Suddha Raja Yoga.
A humanist by vocation, she has been writing daily chronicles relating the human kingdom to cosmic events since 1986.
She holds the 47th Chair of Astrological Letters at the DF Academy of Letters
