Gourmet lentil burger on brioche bread with shimeji mushrooms sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes and a mix of greens from our garden.
Accompanied by rustic potatoes, vegan garlic mayonnaise sauce and organic ketchup.
Optional: grilled cheese.
